Position Overview

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail account running out of West Memphis, AR serving the Fort Smith area.

This position offers consistent freight, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.

  Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Pay & Compensation:
  Average: $1,380 per week ($71,760/year)
  Top 10%: $1,700 per week ($88,400/year)
  CPM based on experience: 0–1 year: $0.505 CPM;
  Top range: up to $0.605 CPM
  $150 per load (avg. 3 loads/week)
  Mileage pay + stop pay
  Mentor pay: $200/day (5 days)
• Miles & Freight:
  Average: ~1,500 miles per week
  3 loads per week, 3 stops per load
  Dry freight
• Delivery Area:
  Texas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi

• Deliver freight to retail store locations
• Hand unload trailers using rollers
• Pick up no-touch backhaul loads to distribution center
• Active, physical role
• Equipment:
  Automatic sleeper trucks, 53' dry van trailers
• Orientation:
  Orientation held in Dallas, TX

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT and safety requirements
• Must be able to handle physical unloading
