Looking for a Forklift Associate job where you're more than just a number on a clipboard? We're hiring operators who keep the whole place moving. No forklift? No flow.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
• Minimum 1 year of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience required
• Ability to successfully complete PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training
• Computer literacy and experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Red Prairie, WCS, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience using RF scan guns and inventory tracking systems
• Ability to follow Workplace Instructions (WPI) and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in shipping and receiving operations
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexibility to train on 1st shift if needed

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scan guns to track inventory and warehouse transactions
• Receive, put away, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Label, stage, and organize products for storage and distribution
• Verify materials, quantities, and shipment accuracy
• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control functions
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for completeness and damage
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using the WMS system
• Compile shipping documentation and related paperwork
• Move materials to designated storage locations while maintaining warehouse organization
