Replenishment Team Lead; 1st Shift

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Assign work to dock operators via the work queue and manage special projects not in order form. Initiate manual moves and drive root cause analysis for shorts when cycle count reflects issues originating in replenishment. Verify that all processes are followed and not deviated from. Prioritize all work in the most effective order to satisfy the customer.
• Verify that operators move constantly and track their moves per shift as well as the accuracy of their moves. Perform periodic checks on the team to verify that safety rules are followed and that all work is carried out with safety in mind consistently.
• Diagnose inventory problems such as combining pallets, identifying pallets holding up orders, and expedite communications to get product moved to the correct location. Include CIP or BPS where applicable by updating work processes as needed.
• Monitor aisle audits, cleaning standards, and aisle location clean-ups through 6s responsibility sheets. Perform periodic floor checks to identify deficiencies for quick resolution. The Team Lead is responsible for all reserve locations and aisles in the warehouse and some pick areas by overseeing how the team drops the product.
• Ensure that all TPM and lift inspections are completed on PIT equipment. Write work orders on all equipment to assure that PIT equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Receiving, Quality, DSP, and other departments to expedite priority for product that is just arriving to satisfy an aged order for the customer.
• Help and assist the Replenishment team as needed with daily tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Bosch Production System (BPS) or similar lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Candidates should demonstrate sound decision‑making skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.

Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is essential, with previous leadership or team‑lead experience strongly preferred.

• Must be willing to work overtime when required.

• Hourly base salary range: $22.78 – $27.12.
