Job Overview

Branch out with a warehouse career at Dollar Tree! We are looking for industrial athletes to join our amazing warehouse team! As a Loader, you’ll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center.

• Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
• Ensure freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at the end of the trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
• Check merchandise to ensure shipment accuracy, that merchandise is not damaged, and that it is loaded onto the proper trailer.
• Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender.
• Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and load boxes for 10+ hours.
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• Full‑time commitment.
