PIT Operator
Location:
West Memphis, AR
Pay Rate: $22.63 per hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of PIT operating experience
- PIT certification and experience operating equipment such as Turret Trucks and Man-Up equipment.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a safety-focused environment while meeting productivity goals.
- Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Verify materials, quantities, and product identification for order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare materials and products for processing, storage, and shipment.
- Pack customer orders according to standard work instructions and quality standards.
- Train associates on warehouse processes and PIT equipment operation.
- Maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock management records.
- Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Team Lead when needed.
