Now Hiring Warehouse Lead
Location: West Memphis, AR
Pay: $23.78 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM + Occasional overtime
Keep It Moving. Keep It Running. You're the One Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience coaching and motivating employees
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot)
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety
- Proven ability to drive results and accountability
- Lead daily warehouse activities and provide frontline leadership
- Coach and develop associates through daily process observations and feedback
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety performance
- Track KPIs and maintain continuous improvement boards
- Identify process issues and implement improvements using problem-solving tools
- Audit and maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse
- Support training compliance and workforce readiness
- Serve as operational leader during Supervisor absences and attend leadership meetings as needed
