Kids At Heart Learning Center is a nurturing, play-based, and developmentally focused early learning center dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children. We are seeking a flexible, reliable and caring full‑time floating Teacher to join our team. The floating Teacher provides support across classrooms as needed, assisting with daily routines, instructional activities, and classroom coverage for breaks, planning time, and absences. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with multiple age groups and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri 6:00 am – 6:00 pm. Shifts would range within this time period.

• Support educators in classrooms ranging from infants through Pre‑Kindergarten.
• Assist with implementing daily routines, activities, and learning experiences.
• Provide classroom coverage during staff breaks, planning periods, and absences.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and center policies.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace culture.

• Previous experience working with children.
• Flexibility, dependability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work confidently with multiple age groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements (background check, physical, training, etc.).
