Call Center Agent
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client—a leading electricity provider—is looking for a Call Center Agent for employment at its central offices in Marousi.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with existing customer portfolio aiming to retain and strengthen customer loyalty, understanding their needs and proposing personalized solutions.
- Renewal and development of customer relationships, focusing on long-term cooperation and positive customer experience.
- Presentation of the organization’s programs and services, negotiation of terms, and completion of sales agreements, in line with commercial goals.
- Entry and updating of customer data, as well as management of requests, inquiries, and complaints through the company’s systems.
- Identification and approach of new customer base, leveraging cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction indicators and ensuring a high level of service, acting as a reference point for the customer.
- Collaboration with other company departments to effectively resolve issues and improve the services provided.
