Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy;
Provide member service by recognizing member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues;
Adhere to company policies and safety standards, including safety sweeps and proper hazard handling;
Collaborate with managers and colleagues to meet member needs and optimize operations.
