As a Senior Aircraft Technician, working onsite from the Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin, PA, you will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our corporate aircraft fleet. You will combine hands‑on maintenance responsibilities with in‑flight operational support, requiring a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and flexibility. You will report to the Chief Pilot.

Main Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across airframe, power plant, and avionics systems
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidance, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinate maintenance activities with flight crew, operations, and external vendors
- Support aircraft readiness for scheduled and on‑demand missions
- Tow and fuel company aircraft in preparation for departures from hangar
- General hangar equipment and facility upkeep
- Help with parts procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Travel on company aircraft to support operational missions
- Provide cabin safety support during flights
- Provide basic in‑flight food and cabin service
- Provide maintenance support while away from base
- Consistent and predictable monthly scheduled days off
- Travel approximately 5‑10 days per month
- Flexibility to support occasional on‑call/stand‑by or extended trips (7 days)
- 5+ years of experience
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
- Corporate or business aviation maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of FAA regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex aircraft systems issues
- Gulfstream G550, G4, or G280 experience preferred
- Gulfstream CMP and CMC familiarity preferred
- Hangar, ramp, and in‑flight environments
- Frequent travel to support flight operations
