• Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and support growth.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (ideally minimum 8-10 years), including proven leadership responsibilities

Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.

Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.

• Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.

• Achievement of delivery timelines and strategic manufacturing goals.
