• Lead scalable engineering projects, ensuring solutions meet evolving market demands and regulatory standards.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Guarantee reliability and safety of traction systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies into project delivery.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to build technical excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Traction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in project management or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of system integration, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to inspire teams and drive results.
• Expertise in traction systems and rail industry standards is desirable but not mandatory.
