** Roles & Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of park restrooms, office spaces, and other assigned indoor and outdoor areas of the park.
* Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their questions or issues
* Clean and disinfect public and office areas on a scheduled rotating basis.
* Respond to emergency clean-up situations, as needed
* Perform maintenance and upkeep for all restroom facilities.
* Clean and sanitize all toilets, sinks, and counters
* Remove trash from all receptacles
* Clean and polish surfaces, windows and furniture to ensure these surfaces remain free or dirt or residue.
* Vacuum, mop, and/or sweep the floors, as needed
* Monitor and immediately escalate any damages or safety hazards to maintenance or leadership
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Maintain records of all work completed and safety inspections.
* Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with operational standards.
* Monitor and stock cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals.
* All other duties assigned by leadership

** Language:
** Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
** Requirements:
*** Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws
* Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to work at the park during non-operating hours, including late evenings or the hours prior to the park opening each day.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift
* Ability to comply with all uniform policies
