Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Customer Supply Senior Officer to join our Customer Supply Chain team at our Marousi premises.
As a Customer Supply Senior Officer, the ideal candidate will receive, process, follow up regular and launch customer orders, handle customer inquiries and supply complaints covering items or products ordered. He/she will maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and BD staff.
More particularly:
- Record and process orders for already launched molecules and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal (f2f) customer contact
- Be responsible for the entry of commercial regular and launch purchase orders per customer, for company's already launched molecules, into SAP system after checking the requested delivery date versus contractual lead time, forecasts, quantity versus MOQs, supply price, incoterms, payment terms, versus the contractual ones, demonstrated into relevant Supply Agreements
- Provide on time and accurate information to customers regarding orders status and updated open orders report upon request, or in the frequency agreed (ad hoc basis) with the customer, depicting the status and key information for the open orders. Inform clients for the progress/readiness for dispatch of their orders on a regular basis, by combining updated info communicated from internal depts regarding production/packaging schedule, CMO campaign slots, API availability dates, quality and RA topics affecting the delivery etc
- Close communication with internal departments like Planning, Logistics/Exports, QA, QC and RA to update the customers for supply related topics
- Handling of queries/issues addressed to CS by customers, targeting to have them efficiently elaborated by concerned departments
- Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems
- Obtain customers forecasts on a monthly basis. Check and monitor thoroughly forecasts received to have materialized in orders the highest possible percentage of the forecasted quantities and report/address any great fluctuations
- Prepare and monitor KPIs for the customers' accounts and track customers OTIFs for the ones who measure PHT’s performance on monthly basis
- Serve as communication link between customers and the company to assure responsiveness
