The Produce Terminal Building anchors Pittsburgh’s Strip District neighborhood as a vibrant destination, revived from historic vacancy to a people-centric hub.
- Oversee the financial performance of assigned properties, including budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Manage tenant and vendor relationships to ensure superior service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Supervise capital improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies, lease administration, and renewals.
- Collaborate with leasing representatives on tenant retention strategies.
- Review, approve, and track operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Lead and support onsite staff, including internal employees and contracted vendors.
- 7–10 years of commercial property management experience.
- 5–7 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Yardi and MS Suite.
- Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one within the first 120 days.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, lease administration, and building systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Location:
Professional office setting, with regular site visits required. - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (occasional after-hours as needed). - Travel: 15–25% for site visits and meetings.
