Shift: 9:30pm - 6:00am
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Position SummarySet‑up and maintain line equipment, monitor the process, direct and facilitate production line personnel with preparation and packaging of products while observing all safety regulations and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met. Coordinate production personnel work, assist in training, relieve personnel for breaks. Perform duties as a team member within the department and organization.
Position Responsibilities- Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork, verify ingredients, supplies, and packaging before operations. Put on required personal protective equipment.
- Coordinate production personnel work for the area and assist in training. Relieve personnel for breaks.
- Set up and assemble line equipment according to the work order, perform metal detector checks and start the line. Monitor the process, complete quality checks, change label rolls, and verify packaging and finished cases.
- Troubleshoot problems, make minor repairs, adjust equipment, and change harp assemblies and blades.
- Facilitate production, maintain the scale area, and assist line personnel (un‑box, reduction, palletize).
- Remove trash and dunnage, clean spills as required.
- At end of shift, secure equipment, perform housekeeping, complete paperwork, and record reports such as downtime, production, lot numbers, and quality checks. Assist maintenance with repairs as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or production work experience.
- Team lead experience.
