Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty

Full-Time | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 7-year-old male child. • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide G‑tube care and feedings
• Administer subqu injection (once a week)
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
