Position Details:
- Full time / Monday - Friday.
- Pay starts at $15.50/hour
- Shift start time is 7:00am.
Video Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring video footage of merchandise movement along our automated conveyor systems. In this role, you will ensure that products are loaded onto the correct transportation vehicles, thereby minimizing errors and supporting efficient logistics. You will receive training on core business applications and work closely with the team to improve operational outcomes. Other duties as assigned.
CommunicationCommunicate any discrepancies, issues, or observations professionally via email, phone, and in-person discussions with team members, management and customers.
Multi-Tasking & Attention to DetailEfficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail during video footage analysis.
Knowledge and DevelopmentWill train but must be able to learn and understand Microsoft Office Suite, SAE website (Delivery Tracking) and SAP (Inventory Management Software) and other technological tools that support the success of the overall operation.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (advanced technical or related certifications are a plus).
Demonstrated capacity to learn new software platforms quickly.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualificationsPrior experience in a highly automated environment or in a quality control role is preferred but not required.
1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within food service industry.
