Master Electrician

J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Licensed Master Electrician who brings strong technical leadership, takes pride in doing things the right way, and knows how to build trust with homeowners and team members alike. Location:
West Mifflin, PA (servicing out and back up to an hour)

Pay: $70, + opportunity for a license holding bonus

• Perform and oversee advanced residential electrical work, including service upgrades, panel replacements, generators, electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting
• Serve as the licensed authority for electrical work in the City of Pittsburgh, including pulling permits and ensuring code compliance
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, breakers, and transformers to ensure safety and performance
• Ensure all work complies with City of Pittsburgh codes, Pennsylvania regulations, and NEC standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and apprentices as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings, solutions, and recommendations
• Identify and recommend repairs or upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term system performance

• Active Pittsburgh City Master Electrician License (required)
• Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
