PART-TIME (1st shift) SOCIAL SERVICES WORKER (SSW)
Location:
West Milford, NJ
Hours:
Part-Time 1st shift (3 days/ week, 8 hrs./day)
Social Services Worker
Qualifications:
- Must have at least an Active/ Valid NJ CSW/ LSW License.
- Must have PCC experience
- Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial support to residents and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
