Office Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Construction Administrator, Bookkeeper, or similar role. Construction industry experience required; road construction experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Quick Books and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with payroll processing, accounts payable, and financial recordkeeping. Familiarity with heavy equipment operations, rentals, and cost tracking is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to process improvement.
Office Manager
Job Duties:
Manage daily office operations, including accounting, payroll, and administrative functions. Process accounts payable, review invoices, code expenses, and manage payment records. Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate processing. Perform Quick Books reconciliations and maintain financial documentation. Track construction expenses, including heavy equipment costs, rentals, and operational spending. Prepare reports, support budgeting, and assist leadership with business operations. Maintain organized records and improve office processes for efficiency.
Provide administrative support and collaborate with management on company initiatives.
