Admin Correspondence II Agent
The Admin Correspondence II agent provides knowledgeable written responses to Federal Student Loan (FSA) inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

This is a remote opportunity that requires the employee to live within a 50-mile driving radius of the Coast Professional office located at 651 Downing Pines Rd West Monroe, LA 71292.
Pay is $16.50 per hour plus $4.57 health and welfare.
The schedule requires availability Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6:30pm.
Job duties and responsibilities include working on semi-routine assignments, providing administrative support to project and operations management, performing repetitive clerical steps, inserting customer and account data, interpreting paperwork, compiling and verifying accuracy of information, reviewing data for deficiencies and errors, outreach to various sources, applying data program techniques, generating reports, reviewing and examination of numerous source documents, interpretation of OMB structured and unstructured forms, undergoing program training, safeguarding computer systems, and following Information Technology policies and procedures.
Additional requirements include residing in the U.S., being a U.S. citizen, passing a criminal background check, not being delinquent or in default on any federal student loans, working scheduled holidays, overtime, and Saturdays, adhering to policies for protecting personally identifiable information, writing using proper grammar and punctuation, typing a minimum of 23 WPM, working independently and in a team environment, having excellent interpersonal skills, navigating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, identifying new scenarios and asking for guidance, having a logical thought process, being organized, taking accurate notes, welcoming and accepting constructive feedback, and using resources and tools to effectively communicate.
Education requires a high school diploma or GED. Experience requires at least one (1) year of customer service, administrative or call center experience.
As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information. The background investigation is conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is an evaluation of the whole person to determine suitability.
The physical demands include talking or hearing, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, adjusting focus, using hands or finger, handling, feeling objects, tools or controls, standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
