X-Ray Technologist Overview
At Fast Pace Urgent Care, X-Ray Techs provide essential clinical and administrative support for effective patient care under the supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant. They deliver outstanding patient service in a compassionate and welcoming environment, responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment, in addition to imaging. The X-Ray Tech will ensure effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge and communicating effectively with team members.

ResponsibilitiesCurrent License or Certification:
- ARRT License (Registered Technologist)
- State License (Registered Technologists and Limited Scope)
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable with the regulatory agency.
- TB and IV Certification required within 60 days of employment, maintained as per state requirements.
Levels 1-5 specify educational background, experience, and responsibilities, from high school diploma and limited scope experience to advanced levels with ultrasound and casting skills. Each level has specific duties, including increased X-ray volume, specialized techniques, and administrative responsibilities.
Education and License DetailsHigh School Diploma or equivalent;
Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License; ARRT Certification;
Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
