Outdoor Industrial Laborer Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Outdoor Industrial Laborer Experience Requirements Previous experience in general labor, industrial labor, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling is preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to assist with various operational tasks as needed. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Safety-focused mindset and commitment to following workplace procedures. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots.

Outdoor Industrial Laborer Job Duties Perform general labor duties supporting daily industrial operations. Load and throw ice bags onto a conveyor belt system. Assist with production and facility support tasks as assigned. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures. Support additional duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Outdoor Industrial Laborer Physical Capabilities Ability to perform continuous physical labor outdoors. Lift up to 40 lbs., carry, and move materials throughout the workday. Stand and walk for extended periods. Perform repetitive lifting, loading, and stacking motions. Bend, reach, twist, and perform other physical movements as required.
