D&J Construction Company is seeking a Front End Loader Operator for our West Monroe, LA location. You will operate 980/988 loaders to handle aggregate stockpiles, support asphalt plant operations, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of loader experience, with preference for 900+ series loaders and aggregate handling. This role requires reliability, safety focus, and flexibility, including some weekend hours.
