Self generating Sales

This is a self-generated sales role for someone who wants full control over their income and growth. Your day is spent in the field building relationships, identifying storm or wear-related damage, educating homeowners and business owners, and guiding them through the inspection and repair process. You're not sitting in an office waiting on leads—you are creating opportunity. What makes this different is that you're not just selling roofs.

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel—objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity—to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Producing in the middle of the band—about $120K annualized
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $480K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output—activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
