Mechanical Conveyor Installation Foreman​/Millwright

Talascend is currently seeking a Mechanical Conveyor Installation Foreman / Millwright for a contract opportunity with our client in West Monroe, Louisiana
.

This role involves leading small conveyor installation projects with minimal supervision, focusing on delivering high-quality work while meeting demanding schedules.

• Lead small conveyor installation projects with minimal supervision
• Independently run small projects with little to no direction
• Supervise and manage 5–10 installers
• Answer field questions and ensure efficient installation
• Read blueprints and perform layout work

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on mechanical conveyor installation experience
• Preferred:
  Relevant certifications in conveyor installation, construction management, or occupational health and safety

• 100% travel required
• Prior experience installing conveyor systems for UPS, Fed Ex, or Amazon (at least one required)
• Experience with both weld-up and bolt-up conveyor installation
• Strong technical knowledge
• Demonstrated commitment to safety with a solid safety track record
• Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry safety regulations

58-hour work week Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
