Maintenance Helper – West Monroe, LA

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Week:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for a hands‑on individual to assist with apartment maintenance, make‑ready projects, and general property repairs in a fast‑paced residential environment.

• Assist with apartment maintenance and residential property repairs.
• Perform basic carpentry, make‑ready, and handyman tasks.
• Repair doors, cabinets, trim, hardware, locks, and hinges.
• Complete routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Work alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician to complete daily assignments.

• Previous apartment maintenance, make‑ready, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic carpentry and general repair skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
