We are currently looking for qualified delivery drivers to staff our stores. 3-5 shifts a week are available, and you could advance to management, franchise ownership, or corporate operations.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills, including reading maps and locating addresses in the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to roles such as franchise owner, general manager, or corporate manager.

• General job duties for all store team members:
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Required to talk and hear on the telephone, see near and mid‑range, and differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze data, and make judgments.
• Standing, walking, and lifting: most tasks performed from a standing position; short distances and durations for walking; bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds that must be lifted and stacked; carrying and pushing trays and other items.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
