Inventory Specialist

Overview

Position Summary: Receives and maintains inventory levels and picks and delivers supplies to all departments.

• Inspect all stock received for damage and follow department policies and procedures for damaged, missing or incorrect supplies.
• Rotate old stock, pull expired items and discard, report any expired or discarded items to CS manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, floor, loading dock, and ensure proper trash disposal.
• Fill and deliver orders from all departments within 24 hours, removing all supplies from boxes prior to delivery.
• Accurately receive all incoming freight at the time of delivery. Prepare internal receiving form for deliveries without a packing slip.
• Document any discrepancies and follow up daily with the appropriate department personnel (buyer or others).
• Monitor temperature control for accuracy in room temperature.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
