• Previous experience in inventory control, asset management, logistics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Track, monitor, and maintain accurate records of inventory and unpowered assets
• Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and location tracking of all assets
• Conduct routine and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and data issues
• Maintain and update inventory management systems and asset databases
• Develop and follow standardized procedures for asset tracking and inventory control
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams to support asset movements and inventory accuracy
• Prepare reports and audits related to inventory levels, asset usage, and compliance
• Assist with year-end audits and internal inventory reviews
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce asset loss
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
• Support special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned
