As our Spanish‑Speaking Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a hands‑on, front-facing role responsible for managing a high volume of calls and walk‑ins, processing payments, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy law office.

• Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
• Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations, and manage a busy office calendar
• Process and record client payments accurately, and provide receipts
• Respond to client inquiries and route messages to the appropriate attorney or staff member
• Maintain accurate client contact information and assist with basic data entry
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to relay client communications and support office workflow
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support firm operations
