• Provide technical input for the ExCEL program, including drafting terms of reference and reviewing training curricula
• Engage with government officials and stakeholders to enhance the delivery of evaluation capacity development programs
• Conduct quality assurance and provide feedback on training materials and workshop reports
• Compile success stories and testimonials from program graduates for promotional purposes
• Review and ensure quality control of the 2025 Annual Report of the Evaluation Function

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Social Science, Political Science, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in evaluation, planning, or similar fields
• At least 5 years of experience in national evaluation capacity development and training of government staff
• Proven experience in managing both face-to-face and online training events
• Fluency in written and oral English; proficiency in another UN language, ideally French or Spanish, is required

• Extensive experience engaging with high-level government officials
• Strong track record in delivering successful training programs for evaluation capacity strengthening
• Familiarity with UNICEF’s evaluation policies and practices
• Experience in producing quality reports and documentation
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
