Assitant Pastor

We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) full-time assistant pastor who affirms the BFM 2000, has between 6 to 10 years of pastoral experience, is a graduate of an evangelical seminary—preferably a Southern Baptist seminary— or has at least seminary-level theological education, and is married.

• Share in preaching duties during regular services as assigned.
• Lead Bible studies and discipleship classes.
• Visit members in hospitals and homes.
• Provide biblical and pastoral counseling to individuals and families.
• Support and lead specific ministries according to the church’s needs.
• Train and supervise volunteers and ministry leaders.
• Be willing to work as part of a team.
• Collaborate in planning church events and programs.
• Support general administration and maintain communication with the congregation.

• Estimated starting salary: $70,000 annually.
