Latent Bridge is looking for an AI Technical Specialist to act as a trusted technical advisor during client engagements and pre-sales discussions. This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep AI expertise with strong communication skills
, translating complex AI solutions into real business impact.

You’ll work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLM),
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI solutions
, supporting sales conversations, demos, RFPs, and enterprise client interactions.

• Represent Latent Bridge’s AI capabilities in client meetings and technical sales discussions
• Demonstrate LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to design tailored AI solutions
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations, demos, and workshops
• Support RFPs, proposals, and technical evaluations
• Build long-term client relationships as a trusted AI technology advisor
• Stay current on AI trends and competitive offerings
• Contribute to internal AI solution refinement and knowledge sharing

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLM & RAG)
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven client-facing experience in technical sales or consulting roles
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Experience with AI/ML startups, consulting firms, or technology service providers
• Background in solution consulting or sales enablement
• Understanding of enterprise AI environments and business use cases
