We are currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in West New York, NJ
. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy building lasting relationships with families while receiving the support of an experienced pediatric clinical team.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• One 16-hour shift: Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  OR
• Two 8-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday

• $40.00 per hour

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
• Accurately document all nursing services provided
• Communicate with the family and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or acute care)
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months), or chest X-ray within 5 years
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
