Hybrid | $75K-$105K+ Base + Commission
A successful international staffing firm is rapidly expanding its U.S. business and hiring experienced technology staffing professionals.
What You'll Do- Win new direct client relationships
- Cold call, network and develop new business
- Generate contract and/or permanent requisitions
- Recruit and manage candidates in a full-desk environment
- Build a profitable book of business
- 3+ years staffing experience
- Proven business development ability
- Strong sales mentality and comfort cold calling
- Technology staffing experience preferred
- Contract staffing experience especially attractive
- Entrepreneurial, accountable and competitive personality
This is an opportunity to join during the U.S. buildout of an established international staffing company. You'll have significant autonomy, strong commission upside and the opportunity to grow into leadership.
Hybrid:
Monday-Thursday in office
Base:
Approximately $75K-$105K+, depending on experience
Commission:
