Salary Range: $68,724.00 - $97,073.00 per year
The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and Program Manager in the coordination, implementation, management, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Typical Responsibilities- Help manage workplan reviews, issue tracking, deliverable and project status updates, timeline management, and risk management tracking.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of well‑written, organized project documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with project team, stakeholders, supervisor, and Executive Management to ensure all levels are appropriately informed of project progress and issues.
- Work independently under regular supervision with quantifiable and qualitative results.
- Maintain a level of understanding of RWJBH Enterprise goals and IT goals and how they both are supported and impacted by the portfolio of projects.
- Associates Degree and at least 3 years relevant experience in large‑scale project coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Project Management Information System / Project Planning tool.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Adaptable/flexible with respect to changing end‑user business needs.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, and an open‑minded perspective.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills. Ability to interpret information from different resources and examine it logically.
