Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Heavy Construction Estimator, located in West Orange, NJ with some work from home flexibility. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project plans and specifications, AIA, and identifying necessary resources, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring that all estimates are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Budgeting skills
• Experience in Cost Management
• AIA
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Construction management background
• 3+ years experience
