Residence Inn West Orange is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and assist guests in a friendly, efficient manner, in line with brand standards and hotel policies.
You will handle reservations, process payments, use the PMS system, help with breakfast duties during peak periods, and strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. This role requires good communication and the ability to stand for extended periods, with evening/weekend shifts possible.
