Compensation$90,000 – $98,000 (based on experience)
OverviewKessler Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified physiatrist Fellow for full‑time employment. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in inpatient and outpatient neuro‑rehabilitation. In addition to general PM&R practice, a variety of specialty programs are available, and research and teaching opportunities exist. The Institute offers a competitive salary and incentive program, and a faculty appointment in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient neuro‑rehabilitation services.
- Participate in specialty programs within the Institute.
- Engage in research and teaching activities.
- Contribute to faculty duties at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified physiatrist.
- Fellowship training in cancer rehabilitation, or fellowship/training in an allied subspecialty (neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, brain injury, spinal cord injury), or significant clinical experience in cancer rehabilitation.
- Strong interest in inpatient and outpatient neuro‑rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
