• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working in elementary classrooms, preferably as an inclusion or resource teacher
• Strong instructional differentiation skills to meet a variety of student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt and modify curriculum and resources for individual education plans (IEPs)
• Proficient in developing positive learning environments for students with varying abilities

• Provide high-quality instruction within an inclusive elementary classroom
• Collaborate with general education teachers to plan and deliver differentiated lessons
• Implement and monitor IEPs, ensuring all required accommodations and modifications are provided
• Use assessment data to adjust instruction and measure student growth
• Regularly communicate with families and support staff on student progress
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners
