Why This Role ExistsThis role supports and stabilizes a large scale UKG WFM (Dimensions) environment. The focus is on strengthening Timekeeping configuration, improving governance and documentation, and ensuring consistent system performance.
Core MissionOwn and optimize UKG Timekeeping and scheduling capabilities while driving governance, documentation, and change management standards to support scalable workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and troubleshoot UKG Timekeeping including pay rules, policies, and exceptions
- Support Advanced Scheduler including rotations, coverage, and patterns
- Act as SME across WFM implementations, upgrades, and testing cycles
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Drive documentation including process flows, test scripts, and configuration guides
- Support integrations across HRIS, Payroll, and downstream systems
- Enforce governance, audit, and change management processes
- Provide production support and issue resolution
- Support reporting, analytics, and data validation efforts
- 5 to 8 plus years in WFM or HRIS functional or systems analyst roles
- Direct experience with UKG WFM (Dimensions or Kronos), specifically Timekeeping
- Experience supporting enterprise scale workforce systems
- Strong exposure to governance, documentation, and change control
- Healthcare or union environment experience is a plus
- Comfortable operating across both business and technical teams
- UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Kronos)
- Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler
- HRIS and Payroll integrations
- Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Service Now or similar workflow tools
- Enterprise governance and change management frameworks
- High visibility role supporting a critical workforce platform
- Direct ownership of Timekeeping and Scheduling functions
- Mix of hands on configuration and operational governance
- Opportunity to improve documentation and process maturity
- Stable environment with ongoing optimization initiatives
