Job Title & Details
Application Analyst III – IT&S Orders Providers IC – Day shift, Full‑time, Salaried.
Location:
95 Old Short Hills Road, West Orange, NJ 07052. Pay: $100,619 – $142,124 per year (anticipated annual salary range for New Jersey).
The Application Analyst III is primarily responsible for supporting the design, build, and deployment of the designated application, including workflow configuration, system upgrades, and comprehensive documentation. They work independently, managing multiple projects, and serve as a knowledge resource for junior analysts.
Qualifications- Required:
Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of system build experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support and develop the application and mentor others.
- Prior experience with the specified customer base.
- Ability to handle moderate complexity with minimal supervision.
- Certification in the specified application (must remain current). Clinical licensure preferred for certain clinical applications.
- Lead design and build of application capabilities, workflows, data fields, screens, templates, and customer‑defined functionality.
- Review and evaluate foundation build and operational content; propose technical solutions for workflow enhancements.
- Ensure build standards, maintain environment synchronization, and manage application modifications.
- Provide on‑call and go‑live support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate customer support activities.
- Document test scripts, conduct testing, and record outcomes; develop Change Readiness demos and documentation.
- Communicate ticket status, resolution details, and decisions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support application governance: business case development, version control, and change‑control processes.
- Manage smaller to medium‑scale builds, track issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor Application Analysts I & II and deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions.
