Private Care Management is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate bilingual professional who wants to make a difference!
We are seeking a fluent Spanish/English speaker to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through our community-based Support Services program.
What You’ll Do- Provide Spanish/English interpretation and communication support for individuals and families.
- Help Spanish-speaking families understand information related to authorized support services.
- Assist our team with communicating appointments, schedules, service information, and follow-up needs.
- Support effective communication between families and Private Care Management staff.
- Help create a welcoming, respectful experience for Spanish-speaking families.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, professional, comfortable working with families of individuals with developmental disabilities, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Reliable transportation is required for any assignments requiring travel to clients’ homes or community locations. Background checks, training, and other qualifications may be required based on the specific duties and applicable program requirements.
