Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!

Part or full time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in West Orange, NJ! Facility would be thrilled to have some weekend coverage.

Offering flexible hours and days. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on call required!

• Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
• Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
• Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

• Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
• Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
• Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers
