Job Overview
We are hiring Advanced Practice Providers with NICU experience for locum coverage in New Jersey. This will be a 6‑month+ assignment with a great chance of extension. We need four locum providers—two for day shifts and two for night shifts— with flexible schedules for 24‑/48‑hour shifts.
Unit DetailsWe have a 56‑bed Level 3 NICU that cares for patients as small as 22 weeks. Roughly 10% of our yearly 1 200 admissions are ELBW infants. We perform pediatric surgeries and care for complex congenital malformations and diseases with pediatric subspecialists.
Qualifications- Neonatal nurse practitioner or neonatal PA
- Experience in NICU practice
- Ability to transition to an academic rounding model
- 1099 compensation
- Paid travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage
- Other benefits
- 12‑, 24‑, and 48‑hour shifts available.
- Gestational cut‑off: 22 weeks 5 days if infant vigorous.
