Location: West Orange, NJ
Schedule: Part-Time | Doubles every other weekend (7:00 AM-3:00 PM & 3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $50.00/hour

Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting and mentoring staff.

What You’ll Do- Support the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high standards of care and compliance
- Participate in state surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Review and oversee resident care plans and discharge planning processes
- Ensure proper staffing coverage across assigned shifts
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor care delivery and team performance
- Address staff concerns and escalating issues appropriately
- Assist with new admissions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for residents
- Collaborate with physicians during rounds as needed
- Oversee medication administration and treatment accuracy
- Provide hands-on nursing care when necessary
- Perform resident assessments and monitor clinical status
- Contribute to performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs
- Support overall facility operations with additional duties as needed
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, rehab, or geriatric settings
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
Current CPR certification - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
