We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in delivering quality care, supporting residents, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license required
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
