Green Hill Senior Living & Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor. As the RN House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
- Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
- Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.
- Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What You Need
- Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- This is a salaried/exempt position.

Every other Wednesday 11p-7am, Every other Monday 11p-7am, Every other Weekend 11p-a7m.
